Beware the gaps. They are all around us.

Some people are oblivious to the gaps; however, most people see them, pointing them out others. Only a small percentage of people, though, actually stop, identify the gap, and fill it. Those are the ones we typically view as awe-inspiring, making a difference all around them and impacting a ripple of others.

Next time you identify a gap – in care, services, products, organizations, whatever – stop; you might fill it perfectly.
