What you see depends on where you stand, as someone once told me. How true.

Today I had a workplace “crisis.” I currently work outside of clinical nursing practice. Don’t get me wrong. My crises are important and receive my immediate attention. It just means now no one gets hurt or dies from poor communication or an oversight.

I caught myself laughing about my crisis on the way home. Oh, how perspective changes so quickly.
