It made me laugh, but it also reminded me a lot of business, good business where somersaults aren’t allowed. No one has to do cartwheels or backbends or jump through flaming rings of fire to make things happen. Good businesses search out the backbending, fiery work-around processes and get rid of them. It’s painstaking and tiring work because we all watch flaming hoops. Heck, they’re on fire! Health care is full of somersaulting through the hoops of fire, but ensuring people don’t have to do somersaults keeps everyone safe and sane, I might add.
