Ever presented a poster at a professional conference and then let it wither away in your digital files? Ummmm…yeah…us, either. 😅
Poster sessions are some of our favorite conference moments. We love walking around, reading the posters, chatting with presenters when they’re around, and then taking some of the evidence back for implementation. Posters have great evidence, and a lot of presenters are unable to take the next step of publishing that work in a manuscript, so the evidence really just remains with the people who viewed the poster at the conference.
The Healthcare Evidence Gallery is a free, virtual gallery dedicated to showcasing the scholarly work of healthcare professionals. Traditionally, professionals submit and present e-posters at conferences, reaching only a limited audience and leaving valuable evidence and insights under-disseminated and underutilized. The Healthcare Evidence Gallery creates an accessible and lasting space for healthcare professionals to share their previously accepted and presented e-posters, amplifying their work.
Through the Gallery, healthcare professionals can:
- Disseminate Evidence. Share your e-posters with a broader, interdisciplinary audience to move patient care forward, faster.
- Promote Collaboration. Foster connections with peers who are passionate about advancing healthcare practices and improving patient care.
- Extend the Life of Scholarship. Ensure hard work continues to inspire and inform long after the conference ends.
By contributing your e-poster (presented between 2022-2025) to the Gallery, you contribute to a growing repository of knowledge, accessible to professionals worldwide who are eager to learn, engage, and implement evidence-based practices. Every piece of evidence matters. The Healthcare Evidence Gallery will open on or before May 1, 2025. Once The Healthcare Evidence Gallery opens, The Creating Collective will add new e-posters approximately every two weeks.

This call will remain open indefinitely, so as you have posters in 2025, please submit them to The Healthcare Evidence Gallery for inclusion.
