Idearrheanoun, expulsion of continuous ideas – good or bad. (Urban Dictionary has a somewhat similar definition.)

I’m prone to idearrhea. Frequently. It’s one of the reasons I started blogging – to share ideas that would otherwise stagnate. I love brainstorming and generating idea leads. Sometimes idearrhea hits in the middle of the night. Rather than purposefully sit down and think about ideas, the ideas come when I least expect them. Waiting for ideas is a good practice. And when idearrhea hits, don’t stop it. (Write it all down.)

It’s alright. Idearrhea is good. Trust me. I’m a nurse.
